Variety of amazing FREESTYLE classes

ABS & BUTTS - A 40 minute low impact class with total emphasis on tummies and butts.

CARDIO BOXING - is a non combat boxing class. It is a great way to condition the body. It builds strength, balance, endurance and coordination. Shapes key muscle group and burn calories.

CARDIO BLAST - If you need motivation for cardio workout and like variety, get your heart pumping, then this is a class for you. It is a class to music that features cardio and toning benefit using variety of muscle groups to raise your heart rate. Easy to follow and is suitable for all fitness level.

HIGH/LO IMPACT - a dynamic cardiovascular workout, caters for beginners to intermediate levels.

PILATES - is a form of strength & flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness. Pilates is helpful in prevention & rehabilitation of injuries, improves posture, circulation, balance and concentration.

PUMP - a weight training to music. Good for body shaping, toning and fat loss. No need for coordination for this class.

STRENGTH & STRETCH - is a combination of yoga & pilates. A class to strengthen your core and to stretch all your muscles. It is a combination of posture techniques and a variety of stretching to improve flexibility, proper breathing, relaxation, and restoring balance to the body.

COMBO STRETCH - is a combination of Yoga and Pilates and a variety of gentle stretching to improve flexibility, proper breathing, relaxation and restoring balance to the body.
